I have been coming to this hotel for years, twice a year, the staff is very good, the rooms are very useful, and the location is perfect.

A beautiful location which is marred by a lack of cleanliness, which for me remains the basis of the hotel business, stains on the sheets, a musty smell. In addition, photos (booking) that do not correspond to reality. Spend less time sending emails and more time cleaning rooms.

Typically French, it was quite nice. Two star hotel and cleaned every day and fresh towels every day! That's a lot to evaluate 😁

Excellent hotel, renovated rooms, excellent location. Too bad in the evening there is really a lot of chaos, Africans and homeless people screaming in the night. Really a shame...

Clean structure, including the room but practically non-existent soundproofing.
However, in an excellent central location, the staff are all professional, kind and smiling.

Lovely hotel and staff. My only negative is that the windows overlooking the street aren't soundproofed. There was a serious disturbance at 5am and I heard everything. The rest is perfect though .

I recommend this hotel more for young people, because it is noisy with all the restaurants on the ground floor, the music and the people having dinner!
2 steps from the beach and the heart of Cannes. The welcome is warm and very pleasant.

Following an unforeseen event during our stay, we urgently looked for a hotel room. We came across Le Florian by chance who was able to accommodate us for the night. We were very well received, with great kindness. The room was spotless and the hotel (in the center of Cannes and close to the port) is very well located. We recommend without hesitation!

Very warm and well-kept family hotel.
We have made several stays at the Florian.
The location is ideal in Cannes, close to the Croisette, the hotel is located close to restaurants and pretty shops.
Excellent value for money for Cannes.

I thank the owners as well as the night watchman, we arrived late and honestly it is very pleasant to be welcomed in such a good mood. The location is ideal, close to the sea and the night town. The hotel is really very nice, we will come back

Apartment not clean: very dirty black joints, walls filled with black marks, even holes, broken floor tiles not glued back and protruding, stain on the bedspread, VMC and Split air conditioning very dirty, no cleaning carried out. Poor quality bedding. Too bad, we were disappointed for a hotel in a great location, right in the center of Cannes in the middle of pedestrian streets with easy access to parking. The positive point is the generous and good breakfast.

We came to spend New Years in Cannes. But we ended up in the worst hotel I think. Dirty room🤮, broken bed, broken toilet flush...very very noisy. Zero service. No cleaning in our stay. The only good thing is the location. No parking. You have to park at the station, about a 10-minute walk away. 20fr per day. Not recommended from me!!!!
