HISTORY AND HERITAGE

Roscoff has an exceptionally rich history and heritage. Formerly the fief of privateers and where the Johnnies set sail from to sell their pink onions, it has the « Petite cité de caractère » label. To find out more, hop on the « P’tit train touristique » (tourist train) for a journey back in time and discover the buccaneers, the Johnnies… If you prefer to see things on foot, there are two circuits to discover the town with a guide. The circuit « Town » shows you the historical heart of the town, the old harbour, the grand chenal ; the « Port en eau profonde » circuit (deep-water harbour) takes you to le Bloscon to discover the marina, the ferry port, the fish market, the activity area…
