Hotel Les Chants d'Ailes - La Turballe

Our building overlooks the ocean and the beach "des Bretons". It’s also located just 500 metres from the fishing port and marina as well as the centre of La Turballe.

There’s 520m² of living space across a plot of 600m². We have 19 rooms spread over 3 floors without a lift (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor). 11 rooms have a direct view of the sea and 8 overlook the courtyard.

We can accommodate up to 42 people.

On the ground floor:

·A main entrance on the ocean side with a reception desk and a small living room,

·A second entrance on the courtyard side which overlooks our car park,

·A panoramic room with sea views where you can eat your breakfast,

·A small library,

·Two rooms (one overlooking the sea and one on the courtyard side).

On the 1st floor:

·Nine rooms (five overlooking the sea and four on the courtyard side).

On the 2nd floor:

·Eight rooms (five overlooking the sea and three on the courtyard side).

At the back of the hotel:

·A small private car park that can accommodate 7 cars,

·An underground car park reserved for bicycles and motorbikes,

·A street (professeur Lemoine) with parking spaces.

Opposite the hotel:

·A street (boulevard Bellanger) with parking spaces,

·A public car park with 16 spaces, including 1 disabled space.

“History”

1936: construction of the "Les Courlis" villa in a "Bauloise" style for residential use,

1988: transformation of this villa into a 7-room hotel and construction of an extension to make a restaurant,

1995: construction of 2 floors above the restaurant to increase the number of rooms to 19 and suppression of restaurant activities to turn it into a more professional hotel (overnight and breakfast),

Since May 2012: purchase and operation of this hotel by ourselves,

2016: complete renovation of 7 rooms (insulation, electricity, painting, floor, sanitation, faience ceramics, carpentry, decoration, fittings, furniture, bedding).

HOTEL POLICIES

Small dogs under 15kg allowed (upon request and acceptance – at an additional charge):

Small dogs (weighing less than 15kg) are allowed upon request and acceptance, are subject to certain conditions (only one animal per room) and come at an additional charge. You will be asked to respect a few rules:

The dog must be clean and must not bark,

The dog must not be left alone in the room and must not climb on the beds,

The dog must not sleep on the floor, but in a basket or on a mat brought by you,

Keep the dog on a lead in all communal areas of the hotel.

Cats are not allowed.
