For the safety and well-being of everyone, here are some rules to follow:

CYCLISTS
Be careful on the road as it remains open to traffic,
• Remain courteous and respectful of the rules of the road,
• Never ride more than two abreast on the road,
• Provide good equipment: a helmet, sufficient water, a repair kit, a fluorescent Jacket/Gillet to wear in case of fog or darkness,
• Check the condition of your brakes and tires as well as the correct adjustment of the bike in terms of setup.
• Make sure you have insurance cover. (Both personal and bike)

MOUNTAIN BIKERS
Follow the marked paths in the direction of traffic for your own safety and respect people's private properties.
• Do not take shortcuts which ruin and deteriorate the trails.
• Respect nature (fauna, flora)
• Wear a helmet, goggles and protective gloves.
• Be cautious and courteous when overtaking or crossing hikers (equip your bike with a bell to signal when you approach pedestrians),
• Check the condition of your equipment and ensure you have sufficient water and repair accessories (hand pump, spare tube, repair kit, multi-function tool, drift chain and quick links),
• Control your speed, do not overestimate yourself and adapt your behaviour to your surroundings
• Make sure you have insurance cover. (Both personal and bike)
